Continental Investigative Services specializes in all types of surveillance (domestic, corporate, industrial and worker's compensation). We are prepared to handle any type of surveillance situation that you may need.

Domestic or Marital Surveillance - The most requested type of surveillance. It's used for divorce proceedings, to confirm adultery, child custody battles, etc. We refer to this as a Win/Win situation. If the person is doing what you suspect, then you are confirming your suspicions. However, if your suspicions are unfounded, you will find a sense of relief. Either way, you win. You find out what you need to know.

There is a very thin line between following an individual and stalking. You can not just follow someone on a continued basis, even if your reasons seem justified. That is against the law! It is called stalking. So please keep this in mind if you decide to follow someone. A licensed detective can follow someone to gather evidence. However, a private detective also has his guidelines to follow under the Private Detectives Act of 1953. Everything that is discussed and performed by Continental Investigative Services is held in the strictest of confidence.

On all surveillance work, the following applies:

  
Unlike some agencies, we do not charge for postage, phone calls, faxes, reports, or gas and mileage (unless the investigator has to drive hundreds of miles). If you purchase 5 hours or more, a video is included at no charge.

6% sales tax is added to all Florida surveillance rates.

There is a 30 minute up and 30 minute back travel time charge on all surveillance work.
